Thirteen Weddings- Book Review

Hello Everyone!
So I'm reviewing a book I've been reading recently as I've finally just finished it and I'm ready to say how I feel about this book.
The book is Thirteen Weddings by Paige Toon.

Paige Toon is one of my favourite authors definitely so when I see a new book by her I always purchase them. I've had this book for a while but I finally got round to giving it a read. I have to admit it took me a while to read this compared to her others but that's simply because I have to make myself have time to read so I'm not in my usual reading pattern but that will soon change.
So this story is about a girl called Bronte who works for a magazine called 'Hebe' she is australian but she moves to London with a visa to work on the Uk version of the magazine. At the beginning of the book you meet a boy called Alex who then re-appears in the story later on. Bronte's story is about her love life really which I really enjoyed following throughout the book. Bronte then gets asked to work with a girl named Rachael who is one of Bronte's friends to help out taking wedding photo's which Bronte is new to but loves photography so she takes the chance. I loved this part  of the book as you got to hear about different weddings throughout the book and the bride and groom's which sometimes had me in laughter fits! I really enjoyed this book as 1. It's a Paige Toon book, 2. The characters and story line was so good I was sucked in, 3. I just couldn't put this book down. I have to admit I was a little confused with the flashbacks to her childhood but at the end of the book it finally all comes together which was really good.
The end of the book for me wasn't what I was expecting exactly but I really liked how this book had ended as it didn't leave me with any questions afterwards or anything like that which is something I hate with some books.
I also loved how some of the old characters came back into this book and it was my favourite characters which returned which was something I really loved reading about as those characters were from books I read years ago- It was such a good feeling to read that part of the book!
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to read something which is light, has good characters, good story line and is one which was make you smile.
Have you read this book?
