January Goals

Hello Everyone,
   So today I’m here to talk about my January goals and talk about how well I did in December to achieve my goals for the end of the year – Here’s to the New Year!
    So I’ll start by saying how I got on with my December goals which I have to say I feel quite proud of myself as in sticking to my goals as I felt these were quite realistic so I did do quite well in December. You can see my December goals HERE , In the month of December I was so grateful for my family and at the end of every year I’m always so grateful to have the family I have. I didn’t really stick to the stop worrying as I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m basically just a worrier and I can’t help it but I didn’t worry as much in December so that’s a start right? I was by far the most festive person in my house this year but I was mainly happy because I was excited to see everyone open their presents and I couldn’t wait for some time off from work but otherwise Christmas just flew by for me. I said I wanted to read more in December which I started a book so again that’s a start? I said I wanted to get in front and I am not kidding when I say I stuck to this goal so much in December as I got blog posts in front again with pictures in bulk I definitely got my blogging mojo back in December, As for money that just didn’t happen as again unexpected bills came around but it’s a New Year so let’s get into my January goals;

  Get More Organised – I have bought myself a few planners for January to get more organised and get a schedule back in place so I can feel a little calmer about my to-do lists, I ordered an A5 planner from Paper Chase to use for blogging and Personal stuff. I also bought myself a Kate Spade one as I just fell in love with this planner last year so I will find a use for it. I also purchased a planner for work so I can keep on top of all my work and keep organised.
  Start YouTube – So this is something I’ve wanted to do for a few years like most people but I’ve always wanted to start my own channel, This is something I’m putting as one of my goals as I definitely want to start this in 2017 but in January I just want to get everything sorted and buy the lights etc so hopefully I can say I did actually start YouTube at the end of 2017.
  Keep Blogging – My blog is something I took seriously over the course of 2016 but I’m just hoping that in January I can get everything prepared for the New Year and I can keep scheduling posts and make sure I actually keep motivated to carry on.
   Saving – So I said I’m starting to save for a deposit for a house this year so in January I just want to start saving the money, I know it’s going to take a while but I just want to get it started. I also want to get my money in front in my bank so I’m possibly going to put myself on a spending ban and only buy things if it’s necessary so I can get back in front.
  Forget The Last Year – So 2016 was one of the best years of my life as things happened which I will always be grateful for which I think I’m going to do a post on it all but there’s certain things I wish never happened so I just want to start this year fresh and move forward with the New Year and hope 2017 will bring some amazing opportunities.
What’s your goals for January?
