In The Name Of Love - Book Review

Hello Everyone!
So for this weeks post I thought I would share with you a book review.
I recently finished this book and thought I would review it, I'm loving reading at the moment and feel as though books will be more of a reoccurring thing on my blog. I have always adored Katie Price's books and will always pick up the next book or a new book when it comes out as I always enjoy the books as the storylines are always so good. I actually found this book in a charity shop in perfect condition and have since found so many others. If you are wanting to read these books I would highly recommend looking in the charity shops. This story follows Charlie who is a sports presenter who falls in love with Felipe on holiday and from that moment their romance blossoms, turns sour and then you get the ending you were hoping for. I have to say I do find the storylines predictable but I think that's one of the reasons I adore these books so much as I just fly through them so when I'm not sure what I want to read I always go for a Katie Price book and that gets me back into reading. This book was definitely one of those I flew through as I finished it in 4 days which shows just how easily I can read this books. There was a few spelling mistakes throughout the book but I do just skip past those when I'm reading it so it doesn't bother me but I know it would definitely get to some people. The start of this book for me was quite upsetting but started the book off right as I was just hooked after that and I just feel as though the book had such a good story line and Charlie's relationship with Felipe was such a lovely romance I really enjoyed it. There were certain parts in the book where I was frustrated about Charlie's behaviour but overall I loved Charlie as a character. I would recommend these books to anyone who loves a romance book and a quick paced storyline but do just remember they are very predictable but again that's something some people will like whereas others may hate that about a book.

Have you read any books by Katie Price?

  1. Great review Megan! I used to read a few of Katie Price’s books a while back – you have inspired me to revisit them. I know Poundland sold some her books at one point, also great tip to look out for them in charity shops. Charity shop book shopping is my fav thing! :-) xx
